For all bookings I require a non-refundable deposit to secure our time together. If you must reschedule a date please provide me with 24 hours notice and your deposit may be used for a rescheduled date within the next 30 days. This is at my discretion only. If you need to cancel or reschedule again in this time, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

For all interstate and international tours I require a 50% deposit. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and only transferable if I am given 7 days notice. If you are to cancel a date while I am on tour, a 100% cancellation fee will apply to ALL cancellations.

 

In the rare event that I may need to cancel or reschedule our booking, your deposit is fully refundable and can be credited to a future booking or refunded to you within 2 business days.

 

*With deposits, should you wish to cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice, you forfeit the deposit amount and the remaining full fee will be requested, as I’ve put valuable time aside for you. If you do not respect this policy, I will not take a booking with you in the future.

Bookings cancelled with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled ONCE only and must be rescheduled with me at the time of asking to reschedule, or your deposit is lost. If you are late to your booking, please understand I cannot give extra time, as I schedule my day to accommodate our set time only. If you are extremely late, your time with me will automatically be cancelled and you will lose your deposit and be asked to pay a cancellation fee. Please note all deposits are non refundable unless I need to cancel, in which case you’ll be reimbursed the deposit however please note that deposits cannot be refunded via osko/ bank transfer and ONLY via beemit.
